Part of the Customer Success Engineering team, the Customer Program manager is tasked to understand and discuss with customer their needs and coordinate Rolling Wireless efforts to answer customer expectation from very early phase of RFQ, during program execution untill end of commercial phase.
As main point of contact of customer and technical reference she/he participates in the presales activity, supporting Sales to manage RFI/RFQ project. After the award, She/He leads the overall technical and execution synchronization with internal and external stakeholders. She/He supports Quality after SOP to manage PCN, FA.
The CPM will handle Business Opportunity and/or Customer Project in Execution.
% is given as an indication of the possible workload and will balance depending on objectives:
1) Business Opportunity Development (30% to 60%)
2 ) Project Execution Phase (60%)
3) Support Consolidation (10%)
