Senior Manufacturing Test Engineer

We are hiring a Senior Manufacturing Engineer in Shenzhen.
Key Accountabilities / Statement of Work
This position requires to develop new manufacturing test system to improve test accuracy, stability and efficiency:
- Develop new MFT tools, maintain and optimize to suit various products accordingly.
- Validate and release the executed test tools to factory.
- Provide support for production locally or travelling to the factory, and follow up any technical issues and yield analysis, test time optimizations.
- Provide and Maintain System specifications and necessary documents for applicable ISO process
Required Education
Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science or similar
Required Experience
- Diverse background in hardware, software, mechanical automation, and factory environment
- 3+ years of experience in visual C++ or similar programming language, and worked in test manufacturing environment for GSM/WCDMA/CDMA/LTE or similar.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Familiar with visual C++ programming language, worked in test manufacturing environment or similar
- Familiar with 3G/4G platform and is required to study, understand and create the platform’s MFT test tools to meet new product requirement
- Strong analytical, debugging and problem-solving skills
