Return merchandise authorization

To request a return, please contact our RMA service.

Please include in copy the Customer Quality Manager in charge of your account.

For efficient request handling, our RMA team needs the serial number(s) of the Rolling Wireless product(s) to be returned and details about the issue you claim. When all the necessary information is provided, you will receive (usually within 24 hours) a return number and shipping instructions. To avoid delays in the RMA management and clearance process, please follow the shipping instructions carefully.
